Dr. Gurczak is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. Her fellowship was completed at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Gurczak is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. Her specialties include diagnostic heart catheterization, coronary interventions including balloon angioplasty and stents and transesophageal echocardiology. Dr. Gurczak is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the American College of Physicians, the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the Morgan County Medical Society.
